I feel for the most part that the guys on there are really good, they all have good intentions and They seem to be eager to learn.
When you are training someone it is always good not to have a know it all that knows everything and will not listen to anything you have to say.
Also good team players that do not bring DRAMA to your team is a big plus...

Well if you watched all the shows, one of the trainees did something that Steve and Tango liked. So they wrote it down for future reference to use themselves. We can all learn, we just need to remain open.
